Request - Blinkies

If you have a blinkie template and you would like me to add text, send an email to request@coy-dreamer.com to request, with 'Blinkie Request' as subject. In the email, I should find something like the following:
Hi, my name is ___ and I would like to request a blinkie.
Text: [enter the text you want to request here]
Image: [enter the image URL here or attach one]
Use: [where will you be using the requested graphic (site)?]
Text: [enter the text you want to request here]
Image: [enter the image URL here or attach one]
Use: [where will you be using the requested graphic (site)?]
The template must be a .GIF image and must have blinkie blocks, because I won't make blocks if your image doesn't have any. When I'm done, I will notify you by email and you'll have to come back to this page to pick up your blinkie (scroll down). Remember to either link back or give credit to Coy-Dreamer.com.

Doll: [enter the number of the doll here]

It doesn't have to be 5 letters long; the dolls below are just examples. The wait really depends on how busy I am, so it might take 10 minutes or 5 days. When I am finished with the blinkie, I will notify you by email and you'll have to come back to this page to pick up your blinkie (scroll down). Remember to either link back or give credit to Coy-Dreamer.com.
